Comments: I made this for the first time for our Thanksgiving 2007 dinner.  Simply substitute veggie broth for the chicken broth. For now, I have simply scanned the recipe because I don’t want to take the time to type it. I looked for a recipe link on the BH&G website but didn’t see it. I also just scanned the ingredient list again and realized that I forgot to toast the walnuts before adding them to the dish.  It was still good – I’m sure toasting the walnuts would have been even better!
